    J. Rod Nixon, esq. began his legal career with the Mississippi Attorney General`s office where he worked with title issues involving tideland leases on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He served as Senior Attorney over the Public Lands Division for the State of Mississippi, where he gained invaluable experience dealing with tax confirmations suits, state patents, property issues dealing with escheated property and other areas of real estate law.
    Mr. Nixon has worked in private practice specializing in real estate closings and other real estate/title legal matters since January 2002. His law firm, Nixon Law Firm www.nixonlawfirm.com works in conjunction with Luckett Land Title, Inc. on real estate legal matters. Mr. Nixon graduated from Millsaps College in 1990 and subsequently graduated from Mississippi College School of Law in 1995. Mr. Nixon is married to the former Lacy Luckett and has three children Jean-Nicolette, Lainee-Luckett, and Anderson.
 
    R. Cratin Luckett, Jr. esq. began his legal career with Rogers and Associates in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. The firm specialized in real estate development and real estate closings. He later became the state manager and associate underwriting counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company. He has been in private practice since 2003 where his practice is concentrated in the field of commercial and residential real estate.
    Mr. Luckett is a cum laude graduate from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi. He earned his juris doctorate from the University of Mississippi. Mr. Luckett is a member of the Mississippi State Bar Association, Alabama State Bar Association., Mississippi Bar Real Estate Section, American Land Title Association and Dixie Land Title Association. He is married to Shea Shepherd Luckett and both are members of Saint Richard`s Catholic Church.
 
    K. Lee Stribling, esq. oversees work in the Gulf Coast of Mississippi and Louisiana.  Mr. Stribling received his B.S. from the University of Mississippi and received his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law.  Having come from a family of builders, Lee concentrates on developments and works closely with builders.  His main goal is to work hard to help with the rebuilding of Mississippi and Louisiana from the hurricane devastations that hit them in 2005.
